DanWilt.com is a one-person ministry curated by Dan Wilt, and simply exists to encourage followers of Jesus who care about spiritual formation, worship, and other topics with resources that serve needs of many kinds. I use a handful of highly reputable and secure technologies to serve you; more on those below.

The ministry is an expression of a small ‘social entrepreneurship’ business called “Wild Pear Creative” that houses everything from my songwriting, to events, to paid projects, and more. For that reason, products are sold and contributions/gifts are not tax-deductible. However, generosity leads in everything I seek to do.

A percentage of profits from everything sold through Wild Pear goes toward helping the homeless in Nashville, TN.

Just to say that if there is ever a bump, know that I will happily refund you, give you a resource for free, and do whatever I can so you are encouraged in your life and ministry! This is a ministry, though I have to charge for some resources to keep the lights on.

PRIVACY POLICY

DanWilt.com does not retain any user data (other than general Google data for site analytics). Various services are used below to serve the mission of DanWilt.com, and their privacy policies apply.

Mailchimp is our email delivery technology, and all email addresses are subject to Mailchimp’s privacy policy.

Any sold digital products, such as downloads or courses, are done through outside technology that is powered by the respected Stripe. All financial transactions are done through Stripe, and are subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.

All transactions, as per the above, are, again, done through Stripe, and/or Paypal.com.

If for any reason you need any information you’ve provided removed from any one of these services, simply contact us at danwiltresources@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it within 48 hours of the request (hopefully Dan is not on vacation or in the hospital for some reason!).

DANWILT.COM, meaning the website and the resources I provide via this site and other technologies, exists to provide resources on worship and spiritual formation. When you join my email list or access and pay for a resource, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your account, including your email address and account information that you freely entered in exchange for a service or resource.

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a EU (European) resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill resource delivery to you (for example, to give you access to resource downloads and tools), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.

Data Retention

When you create an account through any of the technologies above, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or we/they delete it for some reason. This includes your billing information, name, email address, and any email questions you may ask. To request a copy or removal of your data, please just ask at danwiltresources@gmail.com. It will be removed within 48 hours or earlier. (As I’m the sole person behind everything, if you ask a question via email, I’ll let you know if for some reason I’m away or the internet is inaccessible to me. In that case, I will attend to your request as soon as possible.)

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
